I have a USB trackball in my control panel, is there a way to have a button on the control panel double as a left mouse click?

Also, is there a way in Gameex to have a button dedicated as a shortcut to open the jukebox?

Autohotkey can remap your key for you. As far as making a button launch gameex jukebox isnot possable. But you can create a macro to launch gameex
