Some Roms not working?

I have the latest full mame set 0.125roms or something which was 16gb I also have the full CHD's which was about 70gb

But for some reason I still cant play street fighter 3 (stage 3 or simialr to that name?) or tekken 2 / 3? any idea's?

I have tested all of the versions I have, I know some of the roms wont work but Im sure I have read that these are working titles.

Also.... where is alex the kidd in miracle world! is that only on the sega? thought it would be an arcade game

1) It's best not to talk about any questionable activities related to obtaining your roms. We won't ask where you get them, we expect that you won't say either. Read the forum rules.

2) CPS2 games became playable recently (v0.122 I think), so you will need to have a recent build of MAME for it to work. Also, since your romset it 0.125, you should be using that version of MAME anyway.

3) Alex Kid has to roms available from MAME (alexkid1, alexkidd). MAWS is an excellent resource for this kind of info for future reference.

Sorry should have read the rules, have had a look over them now.

Thanks for pointing out the mame version think i was running 0.124, updated to the latest one and everything is working great!

Cps2?!?!?! Are you high? hahahaha I believe you mean CPS3 and I believe it was mame 117 but who is spiltting hairs.

Fact is these roms are imperfect. SfIII has a slight zooming error. so its marked as imperfect. I simply add those roms to the do not filter list. That is if they arent showing in gameex. But they should still work from mame straight out.
