I moved my files over to a new system. Since then, my avi snaps for mame, snes and genesis are upside down. They play fine outside of GameEX.

Any ideas what's gone wrong?

Downloaded ACE mega codecs 6.03 and it fixed it.

I was going to say that this is a CODEC issue and would need to be fixed in the setup for FFDSHOW. If you replaced the default one with another one and it works, great! There was a discussion on alternate CODECs a while back and in the end, Tom highly recommended sticking with the one listed on the main page.
