Mouse emulation a function in GameEX?

I have many games that require a mouse, and since my cab has neither mouse nor keyboard, I can't play them

Is there anything within GameEX that would cause it to recognise when a mouse is needed, and simply allow my designated keystrokes for my stick (arrows) to take over the mouse cursor?

Does that many any sense or have I not got my point across very well?

Gameex can via an advanced config. registered version only.

Or you can use Xpadder, this also supports mouse emulation, for example via an analog stick.
