Znes game list refresh issue

When I click on Zsnes under the emulator list Gameex will load up the game list but the screen will keep refreshing like it is trying to find new games I am able to select a game to play but the screen keep refreshing the please wait instructions. If I start a snes game and then go back to the game list Gameex is working fine and all my games are listed with out the refreshing. Any idea on what is happening. I know my description is not that great. It only happens on zsnes.
