Kawaks Emulator help

Got Kawaks and needed a bit of help :

1) In Gameex playing a Kawaks emulator, there is a top bar that stays on and says "KAWKAS 1.59 paused"...I know I can go to fulll screen mode, anyway to configure this with gameex so it automatically goes to full screen?

2) the resolution is right at 800x640 but the scrren has black bars on bottom and top, like in widescreen mode when its fullscreen...any ideas on settings?

3) any way to configure Kawaks to esc back to gameex when you want to stop the game your playing?

4) Mame looks awesome, but playing Kawaks the games look like crud...really bad video...I'm not sure what I need to set to make it look pretty..

1) Use -fullscreen switch to make emulator go to full screen so your commandline should look like this:

"WinKawaks.exe" [Rom] -fullscreen

2) Might be the video setting. Go to Video, Correct full screen ratio, and make sure Stretch to full screen is checked.

3) GameEx should automatically do this. Mine works fine when I exit.

4) As far as settings you might wanna play with them to see what you prefer best and what works well on your machine. Try the settings in Video, Select video blitter, and play with those settings to see what you like.

In Gameex Configuration, Choose the kawaks emulator, and set "Map Keys" to yes

No problem...Hey (I'm Hi-jacking this thread for a minute) I want you to know that I am going to try your ZincGui loader...Its worse for me than I thought, I must have over-written my zinc folder, because everything is messed up. I am going to set zinc up again (someday soon) using ZincGui, and WB's plugin, then use your loder to launch it. Does that make sense? Or am I being silly again?

Makes sense but you're always being silly so !
