Daul Screen and running a script question. Please

I am running a MCE machine with a daul setup display. I have MCE and Gamex run off of the second screen so I can continue to use the first screen to use as my main computer.

Now, the problem that I was having is that when I would try to run a game through an emulator it would always display on the first screen. So I found out that it is not possible to cause the emualtor to open on the second screen.

So what I am asking now is if it is possible to write a script or somethign that will cause the screen to switch which is first and second when I run an emulator and back when I exit it.

Please help me. I want his to be able to work more than anything.
