error with roms

I have got alot of roms in my computer (still getting the money for my cabinet so doing a mock up on my computer) and it isnt displaying all the roms. I have the neogeo thing, but the only roms out of the ones i have put that display are metal slug and 1942. Any idea why this is happening? the files are .zips and the directory txt file is up to date

Try looking at this first:

If that doesn't help, I would need more information. I assume your talking about mame roms? Are you using zinc?

Post your Gameex.ini located in Program Files>Gameex>Config.

im running mame32, and what i mean is that in the games that are working it only shows metal slug and 1942. im not at home right now so when i get home ill try that. thanks

You are probably missing some very important files.

yea, i just looked in the file that has all the roms and the files they need, the games that arnt working dont have all the files that are in that huge 28mb xml file. Any1 know why that would be?
