Project64 and Final Burn Alpha issues

Project 64 loads fine when i run it seperately.. but in gameex it gives me an error (i hear it beep when i load a rom).. in task manager it says error but I cannot read what the error is since gameex wont let me goto windows..... i made sure to check the full screen option in project64

final burn alpha wont load as well in gameex but its fine in windows..

any solutions?

commmand for newer pj64 should be

pj64.exe "[rompath]/[romfile]" for older builds pj64.exe [rompath]/[romfile]

In your START> PROGRAMS > gameex >there a bat file named RUNLASTGAME.bat.

If you run it after you try and run your game and fail it will show you the command and any errors along with it.

You can use this method of trouble shooting for finalburn as well. If you need more help youll have to post your emu config so we can see what your doing.

got final burn working also, but the gamelist shows every game... how do i make it show the only ones i downloaded in my roms folder?

point your rom directory into the roms folder. Make sure to add the rom filter.

You may want to make a map file as well

the default command line in gameex latest version has fbaa.exe as the launcher for final burn alpha...

it should be fba.exe

just letting peeps know.... is this a bug?

I wouldn't call it a bug, but the default may not be accurate. Those default settings are supposed to get you close pending close inspection to make sure everything is set up correctly.
