I have the Radio stations set to "ON," but they are not showing up in the Menu.

RadioEnabled=False

Taken right from your gameex.ini

Edit it to true

Thanks for looking into this. That worked.

I am curious as to why did the Advanced Configuration wizard not turn it on when I told it to. In fact, it showed "ON" when I looked at it before I made the change in the INI file.
