If you only want to show roms that you have, change "Only Existing Roms" to yes.

Update List!

The "Update List" option should be in the Mame section when running Gameex. If not, then you need to enable it in the setup wizard. Run setup wizard, click on "Next", and then select "Search", Click on "Next", and enter "Update List" in the search box at the top, and click on "Search". Put a tick next to the search result, and click "Next". That will take you to the page you need. Make sure "Hide Update List" is set to "No"
