Games Missing

I have this problem since earlier versions of GameEx. When I update the MAME emu with a newer one version it redoes a list of the romset but I think it misses some roms. For example the Salamander 2 game it doesn't appear but I haven't configured any filter in the menu, nor the config. Is this normal? What should I check? I am using latest MAME 0.123

Different versions of mame have different rom sets. If you are currently using mame 0.123 then your roms have to be mame roms 0.123.

Use a program like Romcenter, or preferably Clrmamepro to check your roms.

Or, use the version of mame that matches your roms.

I am using clrmame right now to update my set to version 0.123. I will check this evening if everything is working now, but this is the way I usually do it. I will double check also my GameEx config, maybe there is a problem with it.

EDIT: It works! The problem should be that the romset and the emu were not the same version. Now GameEx recognices the full romset.
