Crazy Climber Mame Joystick HELP!!!

For Mame I have Crazy Climber...I've tried but can't set up the other arm for moving up and down , left/right

Joystick one controls the left arm, and I need to configure the right arm to Joystick #2...

anyone figured this out yet???

I am using MAME v123 and have had no issues mapping Joysticks to each specific game as needed. Joy 1 is as GameEX sets it normally, just make a change in the MAME Inputs (for this game) and set the P1 Right Joystick by direct input. That's how I set it up just today.

crazy climber used 2 joysticks. You will have a tough time making it work with a single stick.

If indeed you have two joysticks, while you have crazy climber running press the "tab" key which will bring up a menu.

I don't have MAME running, so the following may not be perfect.

Use the up/down arrows to scroll the menus

select "inputs for this game" (press enter)

select the control you want to change (press enter)

use the joystick (up,down,lef,right) to enter the desired input (press enter)

repeat for whichever controls you wish to change.

press "tab" to exit menu

you can also change the inputs for all games under "inputs for all games"
