Loading external apps as an emulator.

I followed the tutorial on how to load external games through and emulator and it's working fine. Except i get a somewhat nag screen before the game will load that shows up in a command prompt. Anyway to get rid of it and just have the game load right up? Once i press a key it does load fine.
