bypass load screen on screen saver

I used to love watching my idle gameex go through game screen savers, I remember there was some controversy from devs about using that patch that bypassed the Rom info / warning screen...

Would it be too difficult to just code When gameex preview screensaver is activated upon file load input left , right on the keyboard to bypass it?

Use the easy mame compilier HK made.. Its REALLY easy and will give you the same results as the patch I was distributing.

Mame made chages to its input settings and thats why gameex can no longer bypass that for you.

MAME accepts either 'O' 'K' or left right to get through that nag screen. GameEx has always sent the string 'OKOKOKOKOKOKOK' when launching MAME to get through that screen. However, in MAME 117/118 time frame, they changed the input system so this no longer works. The only real solution is to use HK's compiler that Brian linked above.
