New to GameEX, can't generate my Mame roms list correctly?

Hi, everytime I attempt to update my Mame roms list, the only games that show up on GameEX are Pacman and Splatterhouse? If I run my games just through mame32, the games show up fine and play fine. The funny thing is that I don't even have a splatterhouse rom in my folder?

If someone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

BTW, I'm running the Arcade Classics theme.

Use clrmame pro to verify your rom sets is compatable with the version of mame you are using.

Also we dont know what filters (if any you are using)

Do you have verfiy roms enabled in the gameex advanced config?

Do you have show only existing roms enabled in the gameex advanced config?

Did you obtain a full rom set or did you get them from diffrent resources? (Iam assuming not because you said you dont have splatter house)

Please provide more info about what you have done. What you have for your system. Post your log.

Verify your paths and check the settings I mentioned.

The more specific you are the more help you will recieve...

i had the same problem where it only showed about 200 roms when i had a hell of a lot more,,

the answer is in the settings of mame if i remember correctly,,

try rescanning the romset and in gameex enable show all roms

i think thats what i done

The problem is solved. I just had to change my "verify roms" setting to no. the game list showe dup fine and everything works great. Thanks guys.
