Hello all,

I just wanted to thank the programmers and the level 4+ geeks involved with this project. Like most of us I, rarely go the route of actually paying for software, but GamEx is deemed worthy. Mostly because IT WORKS, and I have no problem supporting the little guys. I have had minor problems getting things like button mapping to work right with different emus, but they were for the majority not GamEx related. However, most of the issues I've had, I've been able to solve via the forums here. Overall, I think I enjoy making the games work more than actually playing them.... until I had some family down. The Mame/Gamex cab I built (and put in the screen room) was a huge hit with not only the kids, but the adults. We spent several hours playing Mike Tyson's Punch Out among others while throwing back a few beers and grilling up some tasty grub. Good times! I'd just like to thank everybody involved with this project and the emu guys for the support to build such a box. I know that GamEx is just the front end for other ends, but it pulled everything together for an excellent nostalgec experience for all of us, even for thoseof us who don't even know how to check email yet. PS. Would it be possible to add a category like "favorites" to add the games that are "beat"?

Heh well with only having three posts currently things must have really gone well.

Its really good to hear things went over well at your get together, its always nice when time and effort are rewarded.

As for your request...be sure to post it in the requests thread at the top of the forum...that way it doesn't get buried and Tom can look into it as time allows...hehe and other things in the que look less fun to do.

Well, I'm not the most quick to ask ask questions on forums type, I tend to use try and use the search function before asking. Mr. Google has also been good to me.

LOL. Especially to those like Nologic, Headkaze, Brian, of course Tom, and among others who i see have to constantly repeat themselves. But even though they repeat this is a great community with lots of help. I pop in just to see what's new. LOL.
