Fixed in 9.04.

Also V1 Bezels are supported just not for vertical games.

Also the new bezel feature does not work when ArcadeVGA mode is enabled. Although I will be doing something with that, to give an option to use higher res for screensaver.

Why not for vertical games? The output generated by GenerateBezelV1() matches what you have in GameEx\MEDIA\BEZEL. I tested 1942 in Mame 0106 and it looked okay. Perhaps you need to delete the contents of your cfg folder for your test machine? Or do you have any idea why it's not working for some vertical games? I thought it was a bit strange how the bezel was rotated 90 degree's but again I just copied what you had in GameEx's BEZEL folder which I assumed must be correct.

I've disabled it for vertical games, as on some games it shows upside down. Something to do with the default rotation of the original games in MAME I think.

Can you give me some games that appear with the bezel upside down? I'll see if I can figure out whats going on.

Actually, it seems its not disabled for v1 vertical games. Must have changed it by mistake. So you should be able to set GameEx to only list vertical games, and yourll see the issue after a while. I did not make a note of the games. I think what it is some games are rotated in the arcades by 270 degrees and some by 90, so for some ganes the bezel is flipped. Currently in GameEx I only record whether the games is vertical and not the rotation angle.

In relation to the new feature "Basic control panel support for emulators" and to the "emulator profiles" of Cpwizard,

I would like to know if there is a program that can create images of the same control panel on the basis of all existing roms in a folder.

This is because for some emulators every game has the same functions so I will to use one for all games

In the next release yourll also be able to specify a single image file instead of a folder for the control panel path.

What version of Mame are you using? I think older versions of Mame used -artwork_directory as the command line option for changing the artwork directory while newer ones use -artpath.

Try running

MAME -showusage >cmd.txt

And tell us what it says for the artwork folder.

i'm using mame 0.122

cmd.txt:

-artpath path to artwork files
