terminal pc

i have tried google search and various source code site looking for a small app that will make the system speaker bleep a couple of times when the app is run

I want this for a pc i have that has all my hard drives in it. i use remote desktop to access it and maped networtk drives to access data

basicly i just want to know when the pc has booted because i need the terminal pc to be on before my gameex pc boots because it wont connect the network drives.

ok sorted it made a auto it script that makes a couple beeps

That was going to be my suggestion. Glad you got it working!

I used to be in a similar situation as this, I needed my server to be on before my main PC, so I wrote a script that was run at startup from my main PC and if it could not access the server it sent the WakeOnLan command to the server and then rebooted itself so that by the time it restarted the server was alive and kicking
