Text file created when loading Adv config

Is there a way to disable the file that gets created whenever you load the Advanced Configuration app? The text file is called "t.txt" and is created in the "My Documents" folder. The file simply contains the word "TEST". I'm not really sure what this file is for but it seems to be a temporary test file used by the config app. It doesn't harm anything but it is slightly annoying and I would like to disable this if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
