Mame EFFECTS option...How to make it work in GameEx

Could someone assist me in trying to figure out what the proper command is to use the various scanline effects for Mame?

No matter what I try, it always says Unable to load .png file....however when I use Mame32FX where I have selected an effect it works, so I'm sure it's just a setting I'm messing up on the command line.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Ok..Nevermind...Apparently the command line doesn't like to be told the full directory if you have the file in another folder. YAY!
