CPS3 emulation

sinse the CPS3 board is cracked. any news on a working CPS3 emulator?

(allthough many cps3 games are on other consoles like dreamcast, ps2 and xbox.)

nologic according to wikipedia only 6 games was released for cps3 (i thought it was many more)

and from what i can se most of those games are on dreamcast (already emulated)

(with exeption from wazard)

so is this worthwile? from your perspective?

Mame actually runs all these fine, in the current builds from what I understand...so there really isn't the need...and as you mentioned other systems have ports of most of these any ways.

Well there where more planned for that system than the 6 released...but the systems suicide safe guard along with faulty batteries made the system very unattractive...mainly when venders where expected to pick up the tab for repair & replacement.

one last thing. regarding this. what does work the best in your oppinion, the DC versions of streetfighter 3 3rd strike or the CPS3 version?

from the cps3 screns it seems to have the same "select character" bugged pictures?

by the way did you have any "in gamex" screens to post? what were you doing? new gamex backgrounds or what or are you fiddeling

with some of the new features? . show a couple of screens when you have the time

Actually check the media thread at the top of the forum...I've been doing up new icon's that are getting updated off and on...and a few new ones every so often.

If I was to do any new backgrounds they would likely be animated ones created in Maya...which will in all likely hood happen very very far done the road or not at all.

We'll see tho.

I'm not a fan of the DC right now...so not a fair question to ask me. The DC version if I recall has scaling issues...so the CPS3 version would likely be the best bet.
