Problem displaying Video Snaps

I got a pack of video snaps for my consoles and mame, I can watch them on the cab in media player fine, When I open gameex, I can see the video box show up next to the game but its just black. When I move the stick to the next video I hear a quick glitch of sound from the video but it never shows up.

If I can see them in windows I don't think its a codec issue, but it could be. Suggesstions?

Also ideally I would like ot just have the videos show and no audio if thats a feature of gameex.

It works perfect thanks! Is there a setting to shut off the volume for the previews and still have gameex's sound effects on.

I dont thinks so.. But Im not a 100% sure... I looked QUICKLY in the advanced config and didn't see it.

Just to follow up, but this is already an option. Tom answered this in the feature request thread, but I wanted to make sure this one wasn't left hanging...

Thanks I will update my gameex then. My next question is I am missing about 7 video snaps in one of my collections, I can't seem to make individual snaps, when I click a game the create snap disappears Only option I have is to create snaps for the entire library?

I found it!!! hehehehe... I guess I should look closer next time... Its in audio settings...

I actually didnt think to look in audio, even though it was an audio issue LOL. What about making a vid for a single title.. possible?
