and the launch on start/exit should allow me to take care of almost all my startup/shutdown probs.. thanks a lot.

small bug or im not sure if its just i edit the configs by hand.. it keeps renabling "Play dvd" even though i disabled that to use my own dvd player.

anyway Toms activeness on it kinda makes me work alittle harder on the theme my goal are all will use it when done nah J/K

logoff option has dissappeared because the exit gameex option has reappeared (using noexitonescape) and i use flatstartpage.

probably you should allow those other options to show up with flatstartpage?

but no matter, i can now run a script on exit to standby the system anyway... just gotta work out how to restart it.. anyway bedtime 4AM

Not really sure what you mean there!? Are you sure you set the settings right?

Its DisableEscape not hideescape. And all it does is not run code if the escape key is pressed it does not affect anyting displaying on the start page. At least it shouldnt.

Go do a sanity check!

Its not a bug, but deliberate I re-enable it every time in the install application.

Just a suggestion...Is it possible, when you have your settings so it pauses the GameEx playlist and plays MAME (or another emulator), that when you exit the game it continues with the song that was playing previous to the game selection? That may not be possible, or feasible (I am by no means a programmer), but it seems like it would give the whole experience more continuity. Not a big deal, just a suggestion. I am continually amazed at what you have done with this so far!

Along the same lines as my last post, the other thing that would be nice is if there was an option to have the jukebox play in conjuction with other emulators. So it wouldn't pause during, say Pinmame, it would continue to play through with the sound from the game either on or off. Don't know the technical involvement, so forgive me if that is suggesting too much. Heck, the damn program is pretty darn sweet as-is.

The exit-on-home stuff is working great so far!
