No image in emulators

Hi,

I am new to the forums and also to GameEx. I am trying to set my HTPC to run it, but there is a major problem. MAME roms runs just fine, I got sound and image. Although, the other emulators are not working as well as the MAME counterpart. The emulator does run, since I hear sound but I don't see any image. It just stays on a blackscreen until I tell to the emulator to close (thanks to ALT + F4) then it returns back into GameEx.

Anyone has a solution about this problem ?

Q: My custom emulators or applications just give me a black screen, sometimes with sound.

A: Make sure the application is set to launch full screen. If it is not a DirectX application, or this still does not work, set ShowDesktop=True
