Hi all! Love using Game EX as my emulator frontend but i need some advice. Firstly i need to know how to configure my Null DC emulator using .cdi Rom files to work with Game EX and secondly i can't seem to get project 64 1.6 working either, it loads but just says it cannot load the game any ideas?

Thanx in advance.

As for NullDC look here. A very nice loader.

As far as PJ64 /In the start menu/program files/Gameex/ What does the BAT file call? Can you right clich and edit it and copy the contents here...Either you have a bad commandline or a bad rom

Thanks for the Null DC advice its done the world of good!

As for PJ 64 i just can't get it working! When i launch it from game ex it just says could not open file or something along those lines, Pj 64 Runs perfectly normally which makes it all the more frustrating!

Here's my config file: If you could see anything wrong with that i would appricate if you could tell me!

Note its set to Show Desktop so i could see what the error was even when set to false i encountered the same problem.

There is something funny with the PJ64 command line. It doesn't work like the rest of the emulators. At least it didn't for me. When I get home I will tell you what to put there. I don't remember what I put before.

Try putting this in the meantime. (spaces between "" and /) For me I had to have show desktop enabled.

Command=Project64.exe " [ROMPath] \ [RomFile] "

Whats funny about P64 is that one version requires quotes...and another doesn't.

Command=Project64.exe "[ROMPath]\[RomFile]"

vs

Command=Project64.exe [ROMPath]\[RomFile]

From what I understand the "" 's Work when their are spaces in the rom path and rom name..

Like c:\Nintendo 64\Roms\This is my rom.zip

I think thats what it was! Try without the quotes.

Ok this question isn't Game Ex specific but i'm trying to run Sonic Adventure 2 on Null DC on certain settings (null DC graphics and null DC sounds plugins) the sound just lags really badly on the Sonic and Shadow sections but with other settings (null DC graphics and chankast ACIA Plugins) the sound is ok apart from a few clicks but the menu runs at an uber fast frame rate. I suppose its not a massive problem but i do like to play these games as they were intended. Are there any new plugins or versions released?

Currently there are no new plugins publicly available...over all tho for a early beta nullDC puts on a rather impressive showing.
