I haven't had to reinstall GameEx in a while, and The last time I installed it along with the Valhalla theme, I do not remember this being here. How do I disable it?

Do you mean you dont want the tool bar at the top?

Yes, I would like to completely remove it.

Edit- I eventually found out that it can be disabled in the .ini file. I tried disabling it through the GameEx Configuration but it wouldnt go away. Thanks anyways =)

Went through the exact same thing a couple of days ago, finally found the ini file as well, I noticed that that option to turn it of in the configuration doesn't work with most third party layouts. At least the ini is easy to understand.
