NVIDIA DVD Decoder supported?

Hi Tom,

I installed the NVIDIA DVD Decoder today (I use it on my MCE box for DVD playback in MCE) and wanted to use it on my second machine - just XP Pro SP2 and the NVIDIA decoder.

When I pick Play DVD from within GameEx, the screen goes black for a few seconds then returns to the menu without playing the DVD. I chose the NVIDIA Decoder in the setup.

I also installed PowerDVD, and GameEx can playback DVDs using that decoder just fine.

I'm not sure if anyone else has tried this?

No, the NVIDIA decoder is currently not working, although I do plan to try and fix it.
