This doesn't pertain to Gameex so much as it does just a video card problem. I have two PCs, one with an ATI 9600 and an ATI 1650 HDMI. I've noticed that with both cards, when I'm playing old games like NES, SNES, etc. I can see a redraw line moving down the screen. It does this on pretty much all the emus for 2D games, NESTOPIA, ZSNES, GENS, etc. It gets pretty annoying because it makes thinks look choppy, though the games frame rate and speed all all normal. Any suggestions would be great.

Alot of emu have various setting for smoothing video and or vsync or audio sync.. Try messing with those.

Also are you running on TV or monitor.. You can try changing the refresh rate

I've tried messing with the settings, but nothing seems to work. This happens on both my TV and monitor.

The problem you are experiencing is called "tearing" and it's cause by the screen refresh being out of sync with the monitor refresh rate. There is a setting in your display settings called VSync or Vertical Sync which will cause the monitor refresh to be synced with the display refresh (if the software uses the default refresh rate which quite often it does). This will also mean you should crank up your monitor's refresh rate as far as it goes. 75Hz is standard for most LCD's these days but you might get higher on a CRT.
