HideToolbar=0, still hides?

For the past few versions, starting at the initial v8 release I believe, I've been having trouble with the toolbar. My personal preference is to always have it show so I can see what song is playing. But, since v8, the toolbar hides. I've tried changing the settings through the Advanced Config & manually in the INI file, but GameEx doesn't seem to remember the setting. I searched the forum, but didn't find anything relevant. Anyone else having this problem?

GameEx.ini is attached, as a .txt file.

Hi, this is actually on purpose from around version 8, but Ill think about adding a setting for it. I think the problem is you just cant please everyone

Well, that's what was freaking me out - I kept setting HideToolbar to 0, but it would still auto-hide. HideToolbar=1 works like a champ, though. I'll just wait for a patch.

This is possible in the latest version. Need to set it to 4 though.
