I'm getting the following error message when I start up GameEx. This is the first time I've used GameEx, and am trying to get my computer setup for the arcade I am building. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I did do a minimal install, I installed the TinyXP .iso that eXPerience created. Any tips on how I can get the DB app installed, or will I need to do a re-install of the full version of Windows?

There's another thread or two discussing TinyXP, but basically it comes down to missing components. That version doesn't have all the required components that GameEx needs to work. The other threads don't discuss how to make TinyXP work. The conclusion is basically to install standard XP and disable features that are not needed (if necessary).
