Thought I'd beat you to it this time Nologic :)

Xpadder version 4.5 is out, this version has a really nice new autoscan feature so it detects any change in joypads while it's running and loads the correct profile for you in the background without you telling it to do anything... I'm loving it :) basically for me I have xpadder running in the background all the time and all my joypad profiles are set so they mimic my arcade stick and I I have all my various emulators setup so that they can be controlled via the keys the arcade stick uses so with this new feature I can plug in my snes, mega drive, nes or whatever joypad I like at anytime even mid game and it'll start working :)

Heh actually I was, now that I checked posting times.

After Stu's last suggestion I really feel that joy2key should be tossed out and replaced with Xpadder.

There are still some fairly major features still to be added to it...and its really shaping up as the be all end all of gamepad to keyboard mappers.

Yeah I can't see any reason to be using Joy2Key anymore Xpadder does everthing that Joy2Key does plus it's so much handier to configure and the autoscan feature is just fantastic :) there's one more feature I'm waiting for Jonathan to add and that's at the minute if you insert 2 identical joypads xpadder loads the same profile onto the 2 joypads which is a bit useless for multiplayer but he's told me that he's working on that for the next release :)
