I`ve got my cab networked wirelessly and would like to add some tv and radio stations, also news feeds.

I have quicktime but don`t know any good feeds nor how to add them and was wondering could anyone point me towards some info on how to use quicktime or some other software to watch internet tv feeds while inside GameEx, or to some good feeds?

Also could anyone clue me in to adding the news and weather as that would be great.
