Help with girder

I was just wondering if anyone might be able to shed any light on why keyboard commands through girder don't seem to be affecting gameex. Ive fiddled with the direct input option and still no results. I'm afraid I'm net very experienced with girder but I have noticed when the girder window is open and gameex is running (its on a secondary so i can see girder without losing focus on gameex) cannot find window is displayed on the girder window when i use my remote. I'd appreciate any help
