help with cd/dvd support

how can i get this to work on epsxe so i can play playstation games from cd/

really need a simple guide or a config file....

please can some one point me in the right direction

sorry wrote this wrong, what i ment was how can i set up gameex to load playstation games from a cd drive(not iso)
