How's that in comparison to Chankast? I mean, how many games are fully playable as opposed to Chankast?

seems easier i tryed some where the old DT was required they played perfect without using DT it seems like a great release tho alittle slower but tryed a few titles where Chankast freezes/crashes and they was actully playable havent tested it alot but

seems like a strong contender to Chankast tho alittle slower .....

Oh wow! Thanks guys for the heads up! This Emu is awesome. It is alot better that chankast (very similair tho) The intro in SNK VS CAPCOM WORKS and SFIII has much improved graphics and sound not only music but in game effects arent missing.

Has Headkaze tried this?

I hope they keep updating this but I am already liking this more than chankast

The next version coming out is suppose to have a CLI so at that point a wrapper\loader really wouldn't be required.

I'd write something up...but I'm heading back out of town tomorrow night and I have other pressing matters to deal with.

I had thought I would never have been able to play Soul Calibur in my cab until today, I got nullDC up and running (Kind of) and I played SC for about 2 Hrs until I had to get my son from school, now I can't get him and his friends away from my cab.

I actually have a real DC for Soul Calibur, House of the Dead, Crazy Taxi, Space Channel 5, Jet Set Radio, etc. It seems to have me somewhat spoiled and reluctant to try getting a DC emulator up and going on the cab. I'm aware of that. But that's merely an opinion. I love my DC and since Chankast is such a pain in the @$$ I haven't even attempted to get it running properly. An easier to use EMU would be the reason I would add my games to the cab...

I've got a DC also (3rd or 4th one) and I still play SC at the local arcade, but I've wanted to have it playable on my cab for a while now. you are right about chankast and while it is a good emu I was disapointed that the chankast team stopped development of it. I thought it had a lot of potential. you should take a look at nullDC, it is better than chankast in alot of ways (imho).

I don't have much time now. But the little I did mess with it. It seemed to play better then chankast. Very easy to get working.

I have a profile setup for Xpadder to work with stock nullDC binds using a Logitech Dual Action gamepad...you can find it here...might help some get up to speed more quickly.
