I have an idea that seems simple to me (because I am simple-minded), but may be complicated.

I am using the mini opti-pac controller from Ulti-marc, along with the WinIPAC software.

In case you are not familiar with the WinIPAC software, here are the basic steps:

1. Designed a control panel using the WinIPAC program that looks like your control panel on your cabinet.

2. Assign inputs to each of the devices (Buttons,Joysticks, etc.) on your panel.

3. Assign which key press will be sent from each device on your panel.

What I am wondering is since my computer already "knows" through the use of the WinIPAC software which buttons are sending which keypresses, and I have a control panel already designed, wouldn't it be fairly simple to have my control panel displayed in Gameex with the appropriate labels, using controls.ini somehow?

I hope this makes sense, if not is there an existing way to create my own control panel to display?

Keep in mind that I am simple-minded!
