Series info problem

I really like the series info on the screen for each game... But I'm having some trouble getting it to work right. I updated my gamelist, the series info appears on the screen, but I don't think it's right. Every game that has series info always displays the game "(Medal) Yumefuda [bET]" From Street Fighter to Metal Slug... That game shows up in every series... I've updated my gameslist about 4 times already and still the same results. I've also tried erasing gamelist.txt and it's still the same. Does anyone have a clue what it could be?

If you're not using vanilla MAME, I don't think the series info displays correctly. Are you using MameFX or Mame Plus? It's just a guess...

Hi, are you using the latest version of GameEx, and the latest version of history.dat (or the one included with GameEx).

Hi, thanks for helping me. MUCH appreciated! I'm using the lastest & official version of MAME. Windows command line version. I'm also using the lastest GameEx, history.dat, & mameinfo.dat.
