if you want just one video for mame the easiest way would be copy the game into a new directory and point gameex to that folder and make the video then set it back to the original directory once its finished

I think you just use Mame32 to record an AVI of a single game.

You can create a MNG in MAME/32. There is a key that does it but cant remeber what.
