Hello, sorry to bother but i just download GameEx and the tuturial was great! Can somebody recommend a tutorial on how to load

the Mame, SNES, SEGA Roms, Etc, so i can start playing? Right now, GAMEEX comes up but i don't know how to load the game in

GAMEEX. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
