with mame32 i can see some more infos (from the history.dat or mameinfo,ini) than in gameex. especially the list of a series from the game is usefull, in my opinion.

I may consider adding the series information as a feature request soon. i dont want to add too much as I want to keep the interface simplistic if I can. It is possible though.

in my case it's the series.

sometimes i discover there good games that i've never known that they exist ("shadow dancer" for example).

Perhaps the Series would be better used the same way recommended games is so you can select and play them directly?
