Speech Plugin imporvement

Hi,

I've installed Speech Plugin.

First, it seems I can't configure it at all. By going in GameEx Plugin Configurator, I can select speech plugin and activate it but not launching Speech Control Panel.

Furthermore When you select a game, the name of the game is pronounced but the history of the game (if it exists) is directly pronounced as well.

When you select back to return to gamelist, the speech sound is ongoing till the end of the history text.

Is there a way to stop speech plugin to work when you select back to return into Mame game list before the end of the history game description ?

Coincidentally, I just used this for the first time last night. I would like to have it not read the history at all.

So how about some checkboxes in the configuration to select options?

• History
  
• Other?

the LCD/LED plugin by Ben also speaks.. But it says title of page... then Title of game when you choose play.. I like this better than it saying the whole thing..

Even tho I dont have LED's I find that the speech fits for me better.

You may want to give that one a try.

Same here. I think short phrases work better.
