I am trying to build a mame cabinet but my main deterent is not all the game in mame32 plus! run on full screen. Some of them are shrunk to just the middle of the screen? I have a 21" crt monitor i am using. Is there any option in mame32 plus or gameex that will force the resolution to be full screen?

Are you sure you don't have something enabled to "native resolution" or something? That would be my first place to start looking. Check the mame documentation for resolution. There are LOTS of options.

I don't know anything about mame32 plus! as I haven't used it recently or extensively. So, if it's related to your build, perhaps someone else can step in and help.

Most likely you have a "filter" turned on in Mame32 plus. Like the bliter 3xHQ, etc. This does not work properly and can create shrunken video, etc. So either disable any filters and either stick with scanlines only or just use the regular Mame32.
