Configurator will not load

The main conifg program (not the light one you use to choose basic paths) doesn't load at all. I've re-installed the .NET stuff, and made sure my DX9 was up to date. All seems well.

It matters not if I launch from inside GameEx, or go straight for the .exe, it still dies before it loads. I can see it some up for a split second, just long enough to see a flash of what looks like the GameEx background without anything on it, then it's gone.

There isn't anything in any of the logs that looks relevant, but I'll post it anyway.

I'm using WinXP Pro XP2 on a 2.0Ghz P4 with 512Mb of RAM.

Solved:

GameExConfig.exe will crash on load if WindowBlinds is enabled. Unload WindowBlinds and all is kosher.
