Well here you go lingpanda hope this does the trick...hehe other wise I get to go back to the drawing board...I think this is what you where wanting.

For those interested this is to allow a custom config to be loaded into WinIPAC to configure the control panel...then it also launches JoyToKey with a custom config for gamepads, then at the closing of the game\emu it loads back a default config for the WinIPAC, and kills JoyToKey.

I guess Tekken 5 has this option available in the actual arcade cabinet and lingpanda has done this modification to his cabinet as well...which actually sounds like a neat option to have.
