Help defining menu controls in gameex

Well I got my CP done, pretty much anyway except a couple details heres a pic

Anyways in gameex I can toggle through the menus but once I enter a sub menu such as my mame library my stick forces itself to "J" in the titles list.

I just need to know how I configure my Gameex menu so that buttons 1 and 2 on player 1 are select and backup through the menus and up and down on p1 stick moves through the menus.

I am running an Ipaq4 if that makes a difference and P1 control is UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT ARROW KEYS and Button 1 is "T" Button 2 is "H"
