Hi all , just upgraded to 7.52 and GameEx stops with a Error: 5 - Error in the application ?

I'm pretty sure this is because of the theme your using (Soul Calibur). This error normally happens when it cannot load video backgrounds. Normally because codecs are not installed.

Errrm It should be fine as its the same theme i have been using with 7.50 for ages , i have gone used and used your edited 7.51

and all is fine again ??, bit to late to boot my cab up now , I will change the theme tommorrow but i dont think its that ??

Sorry, not sure Im with you there. 7.50 was only released this week. What is my edited 7.51?

Sorry its late, I mean been using 7.09 for ages , I have download the GameEx.exe from this topic

Yeah Im heading there There really is next to no difference between that version and 7.52. That version is basically 7.5199 if you get my meaning. I think maybe you just had a one off problem there, probably just needed a reboot.
