GameEx starts browser on startup

Everytime i start my gameex the program starts a browser for the site www.tomspeirs.com/gameex/tips.htm, and shuts itself off. So i can't use it anymore. It happened after i fiddled a bit with the keyboard controls, but i don't know exactly what i have done (otherwise i wouldn't be posting here). It worked before
