Improved startup/initialisation speed.

I noticed when GameEx starts up I no longer see the now loading screen. It still seems to take just as long to load. I just don''t see the screen anymore. Plus ATI drivers are still broke as of 7.1 release. What a shame.

Thanks.

Can you run GameEx, Exit. Then Run again, exit and post the log.

It does not seem to be loading the title font from cache, and thats taking an extra 3.5 seconds.
