[RESOLVED] Launching GameEx Arcade Edition into 'All Mame Games' menu

Pretty much as the title says, I previously had AE launching straight into the 'All Mame Games' menu.  I've just reconfigured my cab using the latest version of AE and I can't find/remember how to achieve this!

Two ways: use a group with 0;0 and set fix to group or use fix to emulator 0
